ISLAMABAD, Feb 08(INP): The Chairman of the Ansar Burney Trust and former Federal Minister for Human Rights, Ansar Burney has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on the election office of former Minister and National Assembly candidate on NA-55 Sheikh Rashid Ahmad on Monday.

According to a press release, Ansar Burney demanded for immediate arrest of those who are supporting and feeding such terrorists activities in Pakistan and also demanded to bring them to justice before it could be too late.

How the killers of humanity openly opened fire in presence of police with sophisticated weapons on Sheikh Rashid at a time when he was busy in his election campaign, he questioned.

He added that such terrorism acts against humanity would be harmful not only for the sovereignty and integrity of Pakistan, but support to terrorism by some political leaders and parties in Pakistan could also affect the region as well.
