PML-N supporters clash with police as NAB produces Shehbaz before AC

LAHORE, Dec 06 (INP): Police on Thursday has used baton charge against the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supporters as PML-N president and Opposition Leader in the National Assembly (NA) Shehbaz Sharif was produced before accountability court in Ashiana Housing scandal after his previous physical remand ended.

According to details, the clash erupted when a scuffled broke out between the PML-N supporters and security personnel. Police used torture against the followers and have taken many supports under custody.

Punjab government spokesman Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chohan has blamed Opposition Leader in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz Sharif for this protest and unrest. A PML-N worker was also injured during the baton charge and some involved in creating chaos were also taken into custody. While talking to reporters Chohan said that in an earlier statement, Hamza Shahbaz had said claimed to give tough time in and outside Assembly. He called the happening ‘pre-planned’ saying that PML-N leader Marriyum Aurangzeb showed eggs that they had brought with them. INP/AJ
