HONG KONG, Sept. 30 (Xinhua) — COVID-19 has eased greatly in Hong Kong following a swift anti-epidemic response and strong support from the central authorities.

Social distancing measures have been partly relaxed and people’s lives have begun to return to normal.

All students returned to campus on Tuesday in a two-phase arrangement after in-person learning first became available about a week ago to certain grades.
