Violence outside NAB court preplanned: Chohan

ISLAMABAD, Dec 6 (INP): Punjab Minister for Information and Culture Fayyazul Hassan Chohan has condemned the PMLN workers’ hooliganism outside Accountability Court in Lahore.

Talking to newsmen here Thursday, he said it was preplanned in reaction to a new Joint Investigation Team formed over Model Town incident.

“This violence was pre-planned as earlier Hamza Shahbaz Shraif has announced to create anarchy in and outside the Punjab Assembly” he said. The news regarding his threat was aired on TV channels as well, he added.

The minster termed it as a worst act of the opposition even their leaders Shehbaz Sharif and Nawaz Sharif were being granted respect during their proceedings and their families were also allowed to see them.

He warned PML-N members to avoid bad tactics as it would go against them, adding, disturbance in law and order and physical torture to police officials would not be tolerated.
