Senior journalist Aftab Mehmud Chaudhry appointed as new Editor INP

ISLAMABAD, Nov 24 (INP): Senior journalist Aftab Chaudhry has been appointed as new Editor of Independent News Agency (INP) on Tuesday.

The decision to appoint Aftab Mehmud Chaudhry was emanated following meeting held, presided over by Editor-in-Chief Syed Asif Salahuddin. The meeting discussed at length various important matters relating to further improve the performance of the organization and welfare of the staff members. He also expressed his best wishes for the new Editor.

During the meeting it was agreed upon to empower Mr. Aftab Mehmud Chaudhry to look after all the matters related to the organization and everyone have been advised to contact him only to any issue pertaining to the INP.

Aftab Chaudhry has expressed his firm resolve to work for the progress and prosperity of the organization and welfare of its workers.

Meanwhile, Aftab Chaudhry has assumed the charge to his office immediately and started functioning.

It is to be noted that Aftab Chaudhry is well a connected person and has a vast experience in reporting and consider as a lively person among the staff members.

All workers of the INP have welcomed the new Editor and assured him to extend every possible cooperation for the smooth functioning of the office affairs.
