A foreign airline’s plane, heading from Dubai to Faisalabad, narrowly escaped a disaster when a bird hit one of its engines while it was landing at the airport on Saturday. Sources told that the plane, FZ-391, however, safely landed at the airport after the pilot informed the control tower of the incident.   Soon after landing, a team of engineers was called in which inspected the plane, sources informed.  The team noticed that the engine had been damaged due to the collision and decided to ground it.
