Pakistan’s Hajj operations have officially commenced, with the first flight set to depart from Karachi , marking the start of this year’s pilgrimage journey.Governor Sindh and provincial ministers will see off the pilgrims at the airport. The first batch of Hajj pilgrims will travel via a private airline.According to officials, around 30,000 pilgrims will depart from Karachi under the government scheme, while an additional 20,000 will travel under the private scheme.

Nationwide, approximately 120,000 pilgrims will perform Hajj under the government scheme, while 50,000 pilgrims will travel through private arrangements. Director Hajj Imtiaz Shah confirmed that all pilgrims have completed their mandatory vaccinations. He also stated that comprehensive arrangements have been finalized in Makkah to facilitate Pakistani pilgrims during their stay. Authorities have expressed confidence that the Hajj operation will proceed smoothly, ensuring a comfortable and organized journey for all pilgrims.
