The district police held 95 criminals including 41 proclaimed offenders and 16 court absconders during the last 24 hours. According to the report here on Thursday, the teams recovered looted property including drugs and illegal weapons from the possession of the outlaws.

Police teams during crackdown on drug traffickers held 22 narcotics dealers and seized 900 grams of hashish, 1.3kg of heroin and 151 liters of wine. Police also recovered illicit weapons and ammunition for their custody.  All the outlaws have been locked at various police stations and legal action has been initiated.
