Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) conducting five operations across the country recovered 107.415 kgs drugs worth more than Rs 11.2 million and apprehended four accused. According to an ANF Headquarters spokesperson, in an operation at Sialkot International Airport, ANF recovered 950 grams ice from the possession of a Bahrain-bound passenger. In another operation near Islamabad Motorway Toll Plaza, 1. 2 kg hashish was recovered from 2 suspects.

At Bacha Khan International Airport, 265 grams ice drug was recovered from a passenger's trolley bag travelling to Karachi while from Yaru area in Pishin, 50 kgs Hashish hidden for smuggling was recovered. In 5th operation conducted in Churbandar area of Pasni, 40 kgs Hashish & 15 kgs ice drug hidden for smuggling were recovered. Separate cases have been registered against the accused under the CNS Act, the spokesperson informed.
