Four persons were killed in a firing by their rivals in the areas of Kahuta on Friday.A heavy police contingent led by Superintendent of Police Saddar Muhammad Nabeel Khokhar reached the spot on receiving information about the incident, a Rawalpindi Police spokesman said. The police started collecting evidence from the spot while the dead bodies were sent to a hospital for postmortem, he added.

According to the initial investigation, both the sides had an old enmity. Meanwhile, City Police Officer Syed Khalid Hamdani took notice of the incident and ordered for immediate arrest of the accused. He also sought a report from the SP Saddar about the incident. SP Khokhar vowed that the accused involved in the incident would be arrested and brought to justice.
