The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has formally launched the practical implementation of the Dengue Action Plan 2026 directing all relevant departments and district administration to take comprehensive and effective measures to prevent the possible spread of dengue.
The plan was unveiled by provincial minister for health Khaliq ur Rehman during a high-level meeting regarding the Dengue Action Plan 2026. The meeting was informed that so far more than 94,000 houses and 183,000 water containers have been inspected, while no dengue larvae case has been reported to date.
