Mushaal Hussein Mullick, Chairperson of Peace and Culture Organization and wife of jailed Kashmiri Hurriyat leader, Muhammad Yasin Malik, has paid rich tribute to the Ghazi-e-Millat Sardar Ibrahim Khan on his 22 death anniversary. In a statement on Thursday, she said that Sardar Ibrahim Khan was the founder of Kashmir who laid the foundation for the accession to Pakistan.

She said in her message that he was the Hero of the Poonch Rebellion, first President of Azad Kashmir and a symbol of national pride, courage and struggle, still he alive in the heartbeats of Kashmir. She said, the sacrifices of the founder of Kashmir Sardar Ibrahim Khan are unforgettable and the nation salutes to the architect of the resolution of accession to Pakistan Mashal Malik.

The hero of the Poonch Rebellion, Sardar Ibrahim started the journey of Kashmir's independence as the first President of Azad Kashmir and a four-time elected leader. Every page of Kashmir's independence is illuminated by the sacrifices of Sardar Ibrahim and the the dream of Ghazi-e-Millat is complete Azad Kashmir, she added.
