A resident of Agra, Rafiq Khan, was arrested by Uttar Pradesh Police after he posted a video highlighting potholes in his locality and made remarks against Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Khan had shared a video showing massive potholes in his area, in which he was heard saying, “UP ka mukhyamantri takla! Yeh hai vikas!” Takla in Hindi refers to a bald man.
The video drew attention online and was reported, following which Agra Police arrested him for allegedly making remarks against the Chief Minister. On Sunday, a fresh video surfaced showing Khan coming out of the lockup with folded hands. Agra Police confirmed the arrest on its official X account, stating action was taken over the content.
