NDMA sends another 100 tons of relief goods for PalestineBreaking

On the orders of the Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has dispatched another consignment of relief goods for Palestine.The relief consignment, comprising 100 tons of food items, included dates, flour, rice and cooking oil. The relief consignment was dispatched through a chartered flight from Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore to Egypt for onward delivery to Gaza.

With the dispatch of this latest consignment, the total volume of humanitarian assistance sent to Palestine through 29 consignments has reached 2,827 seven tons.The sending-off ceremony was attended by senior officials from the NDMA, Ministry of Foreign Affairs along with representatives of other relevant government departments.The people of Pakistan stand firmly with the people of Palestine in this difficult time and will continue every possible effort to support them and address their humanitarian needs.
