Indian troops continued large-scale cordon and search operations (CASOs) in several districts of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), further escalating harassment of local residents.
According to Kashmir Media Service, joint teams of Indian Army, paramilitary personnel, Special Operations Groups (SOG), and the State Investigation Agency (SIA) intensified house raids and searches across Kishtwar, Rajouri, Poonch, Udhampur, and Ramban districts.
In Kishtwar, operations entered the third consecutive day in the dense forests of the Singhpora-Chatroo area, with Indian forces deploying drones, helicopters, and para-commandos to comb the region.
