A court in Islamabad on Monday suspended the sentences given to four PTI workers under the Punjab Maintenance of Public Order (PAPO) Act. Judicial Magistrate Mureed Abbas suspended the sentences awarded to Danish, Isa, Ijaz and Muhammad Isa. PTI lawyers Sardar Masroof Khan and Zahid Bashir Dar appeared in the court.  The magistrate ordered the PTI workers to file an appeal against the six-month prison term handed to each of them within 30 days. A case had been registered against them at Tarnol police station of the federal capital.
