Islamabad Citizens Committee (ICC) in a resolution has expressed complete solidarity with the Nation and the Armed Forces Pakistan. The resolution was adopted by its Executive body, presided over by President, Syed M.Siddiq Hasan, here on Wednesday. It was passed in response to the unprovoked and cowardly attacks by India on Pakistani civilians on the night of 6th & 7th May, 2025.

The resolution stated, "We strongly condemn the Indian aggression that targeted innocent civilians, mosques, and airports at 9 different locations, resulting in the loss of precious lives of children, women, and citizens. We express our deepest gratitude and pride to the Pakistan Army, Air Force, and Navy for their bravery and professionalism in defending our nation. Specifically:

We commend the Pakistan Air Force for successfully shooting down Indian drones with minimal casualties.  We salute the bravery of our pilots who downed 6 Indian fighter jets, including 3 state-of-the-art Rafale jets. We appreciate the strategic response on May 10, where our forces destroyed S-400 systems and six key locations with precision-guided missiles. We stand in solidarity with our armed forces and express our unwavering support for their efforts in keeping Pakistan safe and secure.

This resolution is a testament to our unwavering confidence in the capabilities and sacrifices of our armed forces. We salute their bravery and dedication to defending our nation. It was adopted unanimously, reflecting our collective resolve and unflinching loyalty and commitment to stand behind our armed forces and our nation in these challenging times."
