A man died after falling from a multi-storey hotel building in the Mozang area of Lahore on Saturday. According to police, the deceased has been identified as Aoun Haider. Police said Aoun Haider was looking out while resting his shoulder on a window of a room on the fifth floor of the Al-Taj Hotel when his foot suddenly slipped and he fell down. Police further said that Aoun Haider had a record in the prostitution business and had been jailed several times. The police collected evidence from the scene and shifted the body to a morgue.
