Thousands of young men and women from Gwadar and surrounding villages gathered at Senator Ishaq Cricket Stadium to sit for the Bano Qabil entry test, turning the venue into a powerful display of hope, determination and ambition.

Organized by the Alkhidmat Foundation, the test drew candidates from distant areas who arrived carrying admit cards and aspirations of building better futures for themselves and their families, Gwadar Pro reported. Large sections of the stadium were filled with students seated in orderly rows, with young women making up a significant share of participants.

Organizers said the Bano Qabil entry test represents the first step toward enrollment in free, market-oriented training programs designed to improve youth employability. Member of the Provincial Assembly Maulana Hidayat ur Rehman said education and skills are key to the region’s development.

“If our youth are equipped with education and skills, they will not only uplift Gwadar, Makran and Balochistan, but the entire country,” he said. Hafiz Naeem Ahmad described Bano Qabil as a “game changer,” praising the strong participation of women.

“I am happy to see so many people, especially the daughters of Gwadar, here in such large numbers,” he said. “If women receive technical and vocational education, they will secure not only their own future but also that of their families.”

Students who qualify through the entry test will be offered free courses in information technology and vocational skills, including IT fundamentals, freelancing, graphic design and web development, along with other technical and professional training. Organizers said additional IT and vocational courses will be introduced in the region in future phases.

According to the Alkhidmat Foundation, the Gwadar entry test was more than an examination—it was a moment when determination met opportunity, as thousands took a collective step toward education, skills development and self-reliance.
