41 quack clinics sealed by Punjab Healthcare Commission

LAHORE, Aug 30 (INP): The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) closed down 41 quack clinics in different cities across the province. Reportedly, teams conducted raids on 173 treatment centres in Gujranwala, Chiniot, Jhelum, Bahawalpur, Mianwali, Vehari and Sheikhupura. Out of the 173 clinics, 41 establishments were sealed. In addition to this, it was revealed that 73 quacks previously penalised by the commission had replaced their sealed businesses by opening new ones.
