KABUL, March 17 (INP): Afghan President, Ashraf Ghani extended an official invitation to Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Saturday to visit Afghanistan for comprehensive dialogue. A Pakistani delegation led by National Security Adviser Nasser Khan Janjua, was hosted by Afghan President at Dilkusha palace to discuss Kabul peace process. Afghan President Mr. Ghani in a tweet said that the invitation to Pakistani PM is part of ‘state-to-state comprehensive dialogue’ initiative. Reports said that during meeting of NSA Janajua and with Ashraf Ghani, Afghan peace process and other matters relating to bilateral relations came under discussion. The Pakistani delegation will also meet Afghan NSA Hanif Atmar and CEO Abdullah, it was learnt. Pakistan and Afghan authorities are expected to chalk out a strategy to improve bilateral relations and enhance cooperation between the two neighbouring countries.
