Aftab Chaudhry wins award of “Best Investigative Journalist of the year 2018”

Islamabad: Aftab Chaudhry, correspondent of Ab Tak News, Islamabad, won the award of “Best Investigative Journalist of the year 2018”,
In this connection a function was arranged by “Agahi” at Pakistan National Council of the Arts here yesterday. Prominent analysts, journalists, diplomats, educationists and representatives of media industries participated in the function.
The jury consists of professionals from different departments selected the winners for the awards
On the occasion, founder of “Agahi Awrd”, Aamir Jehangir and President Agahi Perosh Chaudhry said that this year the Agahi Award highlighted the responsibility, adding the purpose of the award is to appreciate the efforts of the journalist community. He said whenever a programme is designed on media do remember the ultimate beneficiary should be journalists.
Perosh Chaudhry said it is privilege to having award distribution ceremony each year.
