Asia Album: Plum harvest season starts in Pakistan

PESHAWAR, Pakistan, June 26 (Xinhua) -- As plum harvest season begins, farmers harvest the fruit on the outskirts of Peshawar, northwest Pakistan.
The Pakistani government has been taking measures to help farmers who are vulnerable to be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Pakistan saw a surge in infections after easing the lockdown. The total fatalities of in Pakistan reached 3,903 as of Friday with the number of positive cases at 192,970.
