Five FC officers injured in Chaman blast

CHAMAN, Oct 09 (INP): At least five security personnel sustained severe wounds in a blast near Frontier Corps (FC) vehicle in Killa Abdullah district here on Tuesday.
According to Levies sources, the explosion was occurred when the security officers were patrolling in the area. The injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. The police and other law enforcement agencies cordoned off the entire area after blast and search operation in the area was underway

In an attempt to sabotage celebrations of independence day, anti-state elements targeted a Frontier Corps vehicle in August by planting an explosive remote-controlled device in a motorbike on Mall Road in Chaman, Balochistan.
