Ishaq Dar condemns arrest of Sanaullah

Islamabad, July 2(INP): Former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has strongly condemned the arrest of Rana Sanaullah, stating it would be counter-productive for the present government.
Terming his arrest as an act of high-handedness, he said it is also an attempt to divert the attention of the people from the real issues.
In a statement issued from London, he said policy of suppressing the political opponents, could have devastating impact on the smooth working of the government.
The government of the PTI could face the same music if it keeps arresting the political leaders for unfounded grounds.
Dar held Prime Minister Imran Khan responsible for all wrong doings, particularly increasing the miseries of the common people through continuous price hikes of even most essential goods.
