March 02, 2019

ISLAMABAD, Mar 2 (INP): Mishal Malik, wife of ‘Hurriyat Conference’ leader Yasin Malik, on Saturday expressed her views on tensions between Pakistan, India and said, Pakistan’s decision to release Abhi Nandan was the need of time and I hope that they will release Pakistani prisoners as well.

In a video message she said, “I urge global powers to play a role in the release of my husband.”

She said, “I haven’t met with my husband since the past six years, my travel documents have been confiscated. India should free my husband as Pakistan released their pilot.”

“What’s the crime of my husband, why he has been kept away from his family?” she added.

“Global powers should play their part in Kashmir’s freedom if they will fail all of their efforts for global peace to be wasted” she further added.

“Kashmir dispute is the basis of any conflict between Pakistan and India, it might lead to a nuclear war which can affect the entire world,” she further added.

“If a nuclear war happens between any nation it will push the world towards ice age and destruction,” she concluded.
