Pak economy facing difficult situation as exports decline: Chairman PHMA

FAISALABAD, Nov 22 (INP) Chairman Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers & Exporters Association (PHMA) North Zone Mian Naeem Ahmad said that Pakistani economy is facing toughest situation at this time as our exporters are not able to achieve export targets due to non provision of special intensive and conducive atmosphere for enhancing national exports. Addressing the trade delegation of Pakistan Institute of Trade & Development (PITAD) headed by its director Mr. Zahoor Elahi, he said that hosiery sector is playing pivotal role in stabilizing national economy but now this sector is also facing severe crisis owing to which our industrial production reduced in addition to witnessing decline in the exports for the last few months.
