PM says Progress not possible without democracy:

KARACHI: Oct 14 (INP) Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi Saturday emphasised that progress is not possible without democracy. He was speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the country's first coal, clinker and cement terminal at Port Qasim during his one-day visit to the provincial capital. Sponsored by the Marine Group of Companies, the Pakistan International Bulk Terminal has been established at a cost of $285 million over three years. The Pakistan International Bulk Terminal Ltd, under a 30-year built-operate-and-transfer agreement with the Port Qasim Authority, has built its own jetty equipped with two coal ship unloading cranes and one cement/clinker loading crane.
