PTI activist killed, another injured in Malakwal firing

MALAKWAL, June 22 (INP): An activist of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was killed while another as seriously injured when an unidentified armed men opened fire here on Friday. Police said that unknown miscreant attacked supporters of PTI in Islampura area of Malakwal, district Mandi Bahauddin. [timed-content-server show="06/23/2018 01:00 Asia/Karachi"]As a result of firing, one activist of PTI was killed while another sustained bullet wounds. The attackers fled the crime scene. The body and injured were shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities. Police said that the incident could be outcome of personal enmity, however, a case has been registered against unidentified assailants and investigation was in progress.
