Rangers take control of Faizabad; protestors burn police check post, vehicles and CCTV cameras

ISLAMABAD, Nov 26 (INP) Rangers took over control of the venue of Dharna at Faizabad on Sunday morning after police and the protestors fought pitched battles at frequent intervals in Saturday. Sources said the Rangers have been deployed at the scene in order to avoid any untoward incident as the protestors are highly agitated over the police action yesterday. The Police has been drawn back but they are still deployed in full strength behind the Rangers cordon of the area. INP/AH
