ISLAMABAD, April 03 (INP): The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Tuesday rejected a plea filed by the federal government against the order by the Lahore High Court increasing the Hajj quota. [timed-content-server show="04/04/2018 03:00 Asia/Karachi"]Hearing the case, a three- member bench headed by Chief Justice Minan Saqib Nisar had formed a committee to probe the change in quota issue after the LHC ordered to decrease the quota from 67 to 60 percent. The Chief Justice asked the Deputy Attorney General Suhail Mehmood if the cabinet could render the order by a superior court ineffective.
