TADA court issues fresh production warrants of Yasin Malik

JAMMU, Sept 12 (INP): In occupied Kashmir, Presiding Officer of TADA Court, Subash C Gupta, has issued fresh production warrants of illegally detained Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik. According to Kashmir Media Service, the TADA Court directed the authorities of New Delhi’s Tihar Jail to produce Muhammad Yasin Malik on next date of hearing on October 01, 2019 in connection with false cases registered against him thirty years ago. The court also issued non-bailable warrants against Hurriyat leaders and activists, Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi, Mohammad Rafiq, Javed Ahmed Mir, Manzoor Ahmed Sofi, Javed Ahmed Zarger, Mir Rafiq Pahloo, Whajath Bashir, Manzoor Ahmed, Meraj-u-Din, Zaman Mir and directed their sureties to produce them.
