Two tourists dead, three injured in Kaghan valley landslide

KAGHAN, June 09 (INP): Two tourists died while three others were injured when landslide hit a vehicle in the scenic Kaghan valley.
Police said that a big land mass fell on a Hijet car heading to Naran while passing through Palundran area of Kaghan valley.
Two people identified as Talha Zubair, hailing from Hazro and Adeel Shehzad, a resident of Wah Cantt died on the spot while three others including Aziz-ur-Rehman, Sajid Ali and Imran Habib, all hailing from Wah Cantt were critically injured.
The bodies and injured were shifted to Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital Balakot where the wounded people were referred to District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital Mansehra due to critical condition while the bodies were handed over to heirs after postmortem.
