TANDO ALLAHYAR, Dec 16 (INP): Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman and former president of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari today, addressing a ceremony in Tando Allahyar District asserted that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in their tenure ousted Pervez Musharraf in only initial 100 days.
Asif Ali Zardari while acquiring the support of the public said, “If people stand by me, we will send them (PTI led Government) back home and hold elections before the legitimate time. We drove Musharraf out in our tenure’s starting 100 days.” Click Play Button To Watch This Video
Continuing to lash out at the present Government, Zardari added, “Those not willing to perform will never perform even when granted a hundred years.”
While addressing a gathering of Pakistan Peoples Party Supporters at Tando Allahyar, Former President Asif Ali Zardari claimed that only Parliament possesses the rights to make decisions for the nation.“Sindh runs the country, it pays 63% tax of the country. Power should be with provinces, not the federation”, concluded PPP co-chairman.
Earlier in the day, Former President of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari claimed that arresting him will not benefit anyone. He said that the jail is his second home and he has no issues if he is arrested.
While talking to media in Hyderabad earlier today, the co-chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Asif Zardari said, “Whenever any action is taken against our [PPP] party, we strengthen more and nonetheless, jail is our second home.”Talking on the affair of ongoing Anti-encroachment drive in Karachi, he added, “Government may proceed ahead only if they stop economic killings of the business community of the country. I term them [PTI] as an under nineteen team which has no clue of playing the game.”
“PPP does not want to see the weakening of Institutions. They [PTI] are unable to do collection from the FBR because one can’t perform such tasks with force”, added the former President.While taking a tough stance against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf led Government, Zardari said that the contemporary governing body is blind with no idea of politics. “Strengthening of provinces will lead to a stronger Pakistan, only making Islamabad strong will never be enough”, Asif Zardari added.
Former President while talking about the Premier Imran asserted, “Imran Khan goes to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa the very day Bilawal is forbidden for the visit over there.”
