Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil, Srinagar, Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, today provided relief material to assist ten families affected by the devastating fire incident that occurred recently at Watalkadal, Srinagar. The relief material was handed over to the local mosque committee for distribution among the affected families. According to Kashmir Media Service, a delegation, led by Mufti Ghulam Rasool Samoon, visited the affected area and handed over essential relief supplies to the local committee for distribution among the affected families, with the objective of helping alleviate their difficulties to some extent.

Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil reiterated its commitment to its long-pending humanitarian mission. Since its inception, the institution, with financial and material support from its well-wishers and philanthropists, has remained engaged in providing assistance and rehabilitation to people affected by natural and man-made disasters, without distinction of religion or community. The institution once again appealed to philanthropists and people of means to continue extending their generous support to the welfare organisation, as they have done in the past, so that relief and assistance activities for deserving and affected families can be carried out more effectively.
