Govt employee dismissed in Tral in a fake caseBreaking

August 18, 2025

In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the authorities have dismissed a government employee in south Kashmirís Tral in a fake case.According to Kashmir Media Service, the dismissed employee, identified as Farooq Ahmad Najar, was working as an Orderly-cum-Chowkidar in the Irrigation Division, Tral. He was terminated from service in a case registered under a draconian act. Najar had been arrested in 2024 in FIR No. 0043/2024 at Police Station Kakapora on the charge of possessing brown sugar.

The competent authority, after reviewing the case, dismissed him from service with immediate effect, also disqualifying him from any future government employment.Since the Modi regime came to power in India in 2014, hundreds of Kashmiri employees have been terminated from service on concocted chargesósometimes labelled as overground workers, sometimes accused of being anti-India, and at times framed in narcotics-related cases.
