Srinagar fire damages six houses, injures threeBreaking

At least six residential houses were damaged and three persons injured after a fire broke out in the densely populated Habbakadal area of Srinagar in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the blaze erupted late Tuesday night near the Nyama Sahib shrine. Officials said that two to three gas cylinders exploded during the incident, resulting in damage to six houses.

The exact cause of the fire remains under investigation. During the firefighting operation, a fireman sustained serious hand injuries and was rushed to hospital for treatment. Two civilians also suffered injuries and were taken to hospital for medical care.
