The delegation met him under the leadership of President Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ahsan Zafar Bakhtawari. Senior Vice President Fad Waheed, Vice President Engineer Azhar Islam, Former President Zafar Bakhtavari, Saifur Rehman, Akhtar Hussain Abbasi were included in the delegation. Director General Defense Export Promotion Organization said that Pakistan has a prominent position in the world in terms of defense products. , Pakistan's defense products are introduced to the world through Defense Export Promotion Organization exhibitions. He said that we are receiving invitations from all over the world for many international level exhibitions, we will inform the Islamabad Chamber in this regard and take their representatives along.

He said that his organization will provide full support and guidance to the Islamabad Chamber regarding the establishment of the Expo Center. Speaking on the occasion, President Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ahsan Zafar Bakhtawari said that the establishment of Expo Center in Islamabad is very important for increasing the industrial and commercial activities of the federal capital. This will also boost domestic and foreign tourism, there is a need to improve the infrastructure and hotel industry in Murree and Guliyat, tourist destinations near Islamabad. He said that the cooperation of the Defense Export Promotion Organization is indispensable for the establishment of the Expo Center.

Islamabad Chamber of Commerce is working on this project on priority basis. He said that Defense Export Promotion Organization has played the most important role in introducing Pakistan's defense industry to the world. In this regard, the leadership of the Pakistan Army and the organization deserves to be commended. Speaking on the occasion, Senior Vice President Fad Waheed said that Islamabad Chamber wants to work together with Defense Export Promotion Organization on various issues. In this regard, the two institutions should increase cooperation. Vice President Engineer Azhar Islam said that for the promotion of local defense industry, domestic products should be preferred over foreign products and encouraged.
