On the instructions of Director General Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Dr Usman Anwar, orders have been issued for the promotion of 102 officers posted across the country.Promotion orders have been issued for 102 officials posted in different zones of FIA in Pakistan.Under the promotions, 27 Assistant Sub-Inspectors were promoted to the rank of Sub-Inspectors. Moreover, 55 Head Constables were promoted to the rank of Assistant Sub-Inspectors while 20 UDCs were promoted to the rank of Assistant.

DG FIA said that this move is a recognition of the promotion of employees for their hard work, integrity and excellent performance. He said officers should make public service their top priority and discharge their professional responsibilities in a more efficient manner.  Dr Usman Anwar said more effective and fruitful measures should be ensured to eradicate organized crime. He congratulated all the promoted officers and their families and expressed his best wishes.
