A man shot dead a huge anaconda that sneaked into his house in Burewala threatening the inhabitants. The incident took place in Basti Budhan Shah, which is adjacent to the River Sutlej. After entering the house, the 40-foot-long anaconda was heading towards a henhouse after coming out of the water when the man noticed it and shot it in the head. Later, the man threw the anaconda back into the river. Residents of the area made a video of the snake, which surfaced on social media.
