55 police officers transferred, posted in PunjabBreaking

Punjab Police Inspector General (IG) Dr Usman Anwar  approved a major reshuffle across the province, transferring and posting 55 officers in an effort to improve departmental efficiency and strengthen law-enforcement operations. According to the notification, several key investigation and operational positions in major districtsóincluding Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Chakwal, Attock, Okara and Rajanpuróhave been reassigned.

Ijaz Ahmed Dhillon has been appointed DSP Investigation Kahna, replacing Usman Haider, who has proceeded on a JCC course. Hasnain Haider has taken charge as DSP Investigation Civil Lines. Mudassirullah Khan has been appointed DSP Investigation Naulakha.Ali Akbar has joined as DSP Investigation Gulshan Ravi, while Iftikhar Rasool has moved to the JCC course. ASP Farastullah Afridi has been posted to Wazirabad, Gujranwala. ASP Basil Arez Farooqui has assumed duty in Peopleís Colony, Faisalabad.

ASP Wahid Bakhsh has been transferred to Depalpur, Okara. Saad Saud Safdar has moved to Faisalabad as DSP Investigation.Muhammad Niaz Khan has been appointed DSP Khayali, Gujranwala. Athar Ali has joined as Nankana Sahib DSP Organized Crime. Gohar Abbas is now DSP Daska, Sialkot. Ijaz Ahmed has been posted to CCD Gujrat. Farooq Ahmed Khan has taked charge as DSP Headquarters Rajanpur.
