The All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter will hold a defiant rally in Muzaffarabad on February 5 to observe Kashmir Solidarity Day, urging massive participation in a protest against the ongoing situation.  According to the Kashmir Media Service, the rally will kick off at 9:00 a.m. from Shaheed Burhan Wani Chowk and is planned to conclude at Sathra Mor, charting a route through key parts of Muzaffarabad. 

Leaders of the APHC-AJK chapter have urged the people of Muzaffarabad to turn out in large numbers and join the demonstration, emphasizing the need for a strong show of support on Kashmir Solidarity Day. In their appeal, APHC-AJK organizers have also urged global attention to the Kashmir issue, calling on the international community and human rights bodies to recognize the struggle of Kashmiris and act to uphold their right to self-determination and justice. 

They stressed that the rally is not only a local protest but a message to the world to confront what they describe as longstanding oppression in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and to press for a peaceful resolution in line with international commitments.
