The official results of the annual elections for the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) have been announced, with the Asma Jahangir Group securing a decisive victory over the rival Hamid Khan Group. According to the final tally, Advocate Haroon ur Rasheed has been elected President of the SCBA with 1,898 votes and Asma Jahangir Group's Malik Zahid Aslam Awan clinched the position of Secretary with 1,915 votes.

In a clean sweep, the Asma Jahangir group also secured all three vice president slots from Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Punjab. However, the vice president seat from Sindh went to Hamid Khan Group s candidate, Malik Khushhal Khan Awan. Meanwhile, the Finance Secretary position was won by Saira Khalid Rajput of the Asma Jahangir Group, who secured 2,049 votes. For the post of Additional Secretary, Sardar Tariq Hussain, also from the Asma Jahangir Group, was elected with 1,835 votes.

Furthermore, the Asma Jahangir Group dominated the Executive Committee elections as well, winning all nine seats from Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, and Sindh. This outcome further consolidates the Asma Jahangir Group s influence within the legal community, particularly in the Supreme Court Bar Association, reflecting continued support for their progressive legal and democratic stance.
