Minister of State for Finance Bilal Azhar Kayani has reaffirmed the government's commitment to steering the country toward sustainable economic growth.Addressing a news conference in Islamabad , he highlighted that the government's primary focus is on reducing the cost of raw materials and enhancing the competitiveness of the economy. He emphasized the need to foster export-led growth to drive economic development. 

Alluding to positive economic indicators, the Minister of State mentioned that the country has achieved economic stability regardless of negative politics by certain elements. Bilal Azhar Kayani regretted the campaign of PTI against the armed forces. He said our security forces are rendering sacrifices in the war on terrorism.

He said Pakistan also came out victorious in May conflict with India, mentioning the increase in the stature of Pakistan at the global level. He said targeting the state institutions, the economy and the diplomacy under the garb of politics is unacceptable.
