Cleft lip, palate patients to receive free treatmentBreaking

November 05, 2025

The Islamabad Cleft Lip and Palate Association (ICLAPA) on Wednesday announced that it will soon arrange free treatment, including surgical procedures, for patients suffering from cleft lip and cleft palate. According to a news release, patients will be treated by a team of physicians and surgeons at hospitals in the twin cities after completing the registration process.

The association has been providing free medical facilities to underprivileged families since 2004 with the support of philanthropists. ICLAPA is a volunteer-based organization that relies on donations to bring hope and happiness to families who cannot afford treatment for their children.

Mrs. Farhat Rehman, a senior member of the association, said that parents of affected children can contact 0333-5157676 and 0300-5192490 for assistance and guidance. She expressed hope that well-off individuals would come forward to support the association’s efforts to provide free medical services to this neglected segment of society.
