Flights operation was severely affected as eight international and domestic flights failed to take off from Jinnah International Airport (JIAP) in Karachi on Monday due to different operational and technical reasons.An Emirates Airline flight EK-605 was cancelled. The flight was scheduled to depart from Karachi for Dubai. An Airblue flight PA-110, was cancelled. The flight was scheduled to land at Karachi airport from Dubai.An Oman Air flight WY-324 was cancelled. The flight was scheduled to depart from Karachi for Muscat.
A Thai Airways flight TG-342, was cancelled. The flight was scheduled to depart from Karachi for Bangkok.Two Air Sial flights, PF-145 and PF-141, were cancelled. Both flights were scheduled to land at Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIA) Lahore from Karachi. Another Air Sial flight PF-123, was cancelled. The flight was scheduled to land at New Islamabad International Airport (NIIA) in Islamabad from Karachi.A Pakistan International Airlines flight, PK-302, was cancelled. The flight was scheduled to land at Lahore airport from Karachi.
