Islamabad District Bar Association s Daycare Centre was reduced to ashes by a fire on Thursday. The interior was recently decorated for the young children of the female lawyers. The daycare centre was built in the old building of the Islamabad High Court along with the family courts.

According to the President of the Islamabad Bar, the fire broke out in the daycare centre due to a short-circuit. He said all the equipment in the daycare centre was burnt to ashes. The value of the equipment kept in the daycare centre was more than Rs1 million.
