Security forces have killed three terrorists during an intelligence-based operation in Mir Ali and surrounding areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Sources said security forces targeted hideouts of terrorists belonging to Fitna al-Khawarij in Mir Ali and its adjoining areas. Three militants were killed during the operation, while a large quantity of weapons and ammunition was recovered from their possession. Separately, security forces conducted an operation against militants described as Fitna al-Hindustan in Balochistan under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3.

According to security sources, the operation was carried out near Mal Madrasa in Surab district following information about the presence of militants between Mal Madrasa and Batigo. One terrorist was killed during the operation, while weapons and a motorcycle were recovered from the site, the sources said. Security forces said they remain committed to maintaining peace and order in Balochistan and eliminating terrorism. Earlier, security forces killed seven terrorists in separate operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, five militants linked to “Fitna al-Hindustan” were killed during an intelligence-based operation in Bara. Weapons and ammunition were recovered from the militants, while their hideouts were destroyed during the operation, the sources said. In Balochistan’s Chagai district, security forces conducted an operation in the Naukcha area under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3 and killed two militants, according to the sources.
