Hurriyat-AJK leaders have paid glowing tributes to prominent liberation leader, Haji Noor Hussain of Pir Panjal area of Jammu region in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, on his martyrdom anniversary. Indian forces’ personnel had martyred Haji Noor Hussain, alias Daryai Baba in Mandhar area of Poonch district on July 23, 2001.

The leaders said that Haji Noor Hussain had made unprecedented contributions to the ongoing Kashmir freedom struggle for right to self-determination and freedom from Indian  hegemony. They said that after Haji Noor Hussain, his son, Mohammad Iqbal who continued the freedom struggle was also martyred by the Indian troops on March 4, 2003. The leaders while reiterating to continue martyrs' mission voewed to render every kind of sacrifice for achieving their cherished goal.
