Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Hafiz Naeemur Rahman reacting to the 26 Constitutional Amendment said legislation in Parliament was carried out in the dead of the night and the whole process was ‘suspicious’. He claimed that the newly passed amendments in the Constitution affected the ‘spirit of the Constitution’. “There are people in the current parliament who did not win their elections. All these people are the products of Form 47,” he said.
